Family Mediation Services Our purpose is to help and support families who are experiencing divorce or separation to reach agreements on family disputes. The emotional fall-out from a family break up can cause lasting pain and heartbreak. Our role is to minimise these effects to help you through this difficult journey to reach a resolution that works for both of you and to help you to focus on a brighter future for you and your family.

We will listen to you, provide you with any relevant information and guide you through this difficult time in your lives whilst remaining impartial and neutral at all times. Moreover, we help you to communicate the issues, needs and concerns you have, to enable you to resolve disputes in a less confrontational way, to settle family matters together. We provide a personal sensitive and confidential service with a qualified mediator to help separating couples reach their own decisions for their future.

Windrush Family Mediation was established by Charlotte Calvert who believes that mediation offers a more positive outcome for separating couples and their families.

Charlotte's significant experience in matrimonial law makes her ideally placed to assist couples to reach an agreement that can be easily made into a Consent Order or a Separation Agreement. Charlotte is a trained mediator and a member of the Family Mediation Council and the Family Mediator's Association.
